Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?

As our artwork is digital and each product is uniquely created upon order, we typically do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

How is a refund processed for damaged or lost items?

If you're claiming a refund for damaged or lost items, please specify this is your preference, as replacements are the default. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to process. Please contact support@karnivalism.com. 

Will I incur customs fees?

Customs fees for international orders might be applicable based on the shipment's origin and destination. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. Please note that Karnivalism is not accountable for delays caused by customs.

How do I hang the artwork?

Kanvases include hanging hardware for easy installation. Prints come unframed, allowing you to explore many external framing options, both off-the-shelf and custom, to suit your style. We suggest using a poster kit for easy hanging. Ensure you check the print size to order the appropriate poster hanging kit.

What size is the artwork?

You can find the specific dimensions for each artwork in the product title. Common sizes include 11X14”, 11X17”, 12X16”, 16X16”, and 16X20” (or flipped for landscape prints). The print area extends fully without borders. Kanvases are mostly 24x36” (or flipped for landscape).
