Delivery times
The time it takes for your order to be delivered can vary and depends on several factors. These include the type of product, where it's made, where it's being sent, the size of the order, the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, and peak shipping seasons like Christmas.
For deliveries within the United States, the average delivery time is 5-8 business days. Keep in mind that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may be influenced by the factors mentioned above.
Shipping rates
Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the specific details of your order. Here are examples of average rates for our most common items delivered within the United States: Prints: $4.48; Canvases: $20.19; Phone cases: $3.89; Totes: $3.66; Mugs: $6.62.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Karnivalism is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Buyer’s remorse
All our products are uniquely crafted and produced on demand upon order receipt. Due to this process, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review our Refund policy for more information.
Shipping information
To ensure smooth delivery of your orders, please make sure to provide accurate shipping information. Our default delivery service is Standard/Economy. The carriers we use include UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. The specific carrier will be determined by our fulfillment partner when the items are shipped directly from them. You'll have access to tracking information for all items, allowing you to trace their progress during delivery.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking
After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation. Once your order is on its way to you, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email. This email will include tracking information for your package, allowing you to monitor its progress during delivery.
Packaging
Drawing on our experience and valuable customer feedback, we've established highly efficient and damage-resistant packaging methods for our products. These approaches are designed to meet local shipping requirements while minimizing the risk of damage. Our commitment is to provide you with products that are securely packaged to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and remedy it. We may ask you to provide photos. Valid claims will be issued a refund or a free replacement as soon as possible, whichever you prefer. Minor variations due to monitor colors and printing will not be considered defects. We will not be able to consider claims for damages and issues once 15 days have passed since product delivery.
Lost packages
Contact us if three days have passed from the estimated delivery date, and you haven't received your order. We'll send a replacement unless you specify a preference for a refund. To confirm a lost package, we may need to consult with the shipping provider.
Note that lost packages due to errors in shipping address entered by buyer is not considered a lost package. We will not be able to provide a refund or a free replacement order if the tracking link indicates that the shipment was delivered.
Orders returned to sender due to one of the following reasons – incorrect or incomplete address, rejected by recipient, unclaimed at customs, unclaimed at the courier's pick-up point, unsupported delivery to PO boxes, military addresses – cannot be refunded or replaced. However, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we may do our best to find a solution.
