Thank you for choosing KARNIVALISM. Please review our policies before placing an order.

Digital Artwork Production

All our products are uniquely crafted and produced on demand upon order receipt. Due to this process, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, if you're unsatisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We'll diligently work towards a solution to ensure your satisfaction.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and remedy it. We may ask you to provide photos. Valid claims will be issued a refund or a free replacement as soon as possible, whichever you prefer. Minor variations due to monitor colors and printing will not be considered defects. We will not be able to consider claims for damages and issues once 15 days have passed since product delivery.  

Lost packages

Contact us if three days have passed from the estimated delivery date, and you haven't received your order. We'll send a replacement unless you specify a preference for a refund. To confirm a lost package, we may need to consult with the shipping provider.

Note that lost packages due to errors in shipping address entered by buyer is not considered a lost package. We will not be able to provide a refund or a free replacement order if the tracking link indicates that the shipment was delivered.

Orders returned to sender due to one of the following reasons – incorrect or incomplete address, rejected by recipient, unclaimed at customs, unclaimed at the courier's pick-up point, unsupported delivery to PO boxes, military addresses – cannot be refunded or replaced. However, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we may do our best to find a solution.
